Documents required for analysis
The initial analysis of a project requires basic documentation and precise information about the site. Below is an overview of the mandatory and the additional documents, who this call is intended for, and how our process works.
Mandatory documents
01. Urban planning and technical requirements
Please submit a copy of the urban planning and technical requirements issued for the site in question. The document should clearly show that a solar, i.e. photovoltaic, power plant may be built at that location.
02. Grid connection approval
Please submit a copy of the grid connection approval. The document should state the substation to which the project will connect, the approved capacity and the basic technical conditions of connection.
03. Precise location
Please provide the exact location of the project via:
- a Google Maps link;
- GPS coordinates;
- cadastral parcels, where available.
A precise location allows for a faster and more reliable initial assessment of the project.
Additional documents
Where available, the following additional documents are also helpful:
- title deed;
- cadastral plan copy;
- land area details;
- ownership information;
- conceptual design;
- technical description of the project;
- generation estimate;
- site layout of the plant;
- access road details.
Additional documents are not required for a first contact, but they can speed up the analysis considerably.
Who this call is for
This page is intended for landowners, project owners, developers, design firms, engineering companies and consultants working on solar energy projects.
We are particularly interested in projects that already hold basic documentation and where there is a realistic prospect of further development or acquisition.
We do not consider land as a bare idea; our interest is in sites and projects with clear documentation, a defined planning status and a viable grid connection.
Our process
1
Submitting the documents
You send the basic documentation, the precise location and a contact email for the person or company submitting the project.
2
Preliminary analysis
Our team carries out an initial review of the site, the documentation, the planning conditions, the connection and the basic technical parameters.
3
Detailed review
If the project meets the basic criteria, we move on to a more detailed technical, legal and investment analysis.
4
Further contact
For projects that meet the basic conditions, our team will contact the sender by email for further information and next steps.
Submit a project for review
